Job Description - Croatian Speaking Customer Service for Education & E-Learning industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer a rewarding opportunity for Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Education & E-Learning industry. If you are passionate about education and committed to helping learners succeed, this role is just for you! You will be responsible for assisting students and users with their inquiries about e-learning platforms and educational resources, all while delivering exceptional service in Croatian.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding e-learning services, course offerings, and platform usage via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
  • Guide students through the registration process and assist with navigating the e-learning system.
  • Provide information on course materials, schedules, and academic support resources.
  • Handle customer complaints and technical issues efficiently to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and reporting.
  • Collaborate with educational teams to facilitate a seamless learning experience for all users.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest e-learning trends and company offerings to assist customers effectively.
  • Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the education or e-learning industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and CRM systems is desirable.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
