Croatian Speaking Customer Service for Finance industry

You will assist clients in navigating their inquiries while ensuring exceptional service is provided in Croatian.

Key Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries related to financial products, services, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in Croatian.
• Provide accurate information regarding account balances, transactions, and loan products.
• Assist customers with their account setup, modifications, and support requests.
• Resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Document customer interactions in our CRM system for consistent tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with financial advisors and support teams to optimize customer experiences.
• Stay informed about the finance industry trends, products, and regulations to enhance customer interactions.

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the finance industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Proficient in managing multiple inquiries and maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and financial software solutions is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
