Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding healthcare services, insurance options, and patient support via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling, understanding treatment processes, and navigating healthcare guidelines.
• Resolve customer concerns effectively and empathetically, ensuring a positive experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately for better service continuity.

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
