As a customer service representative, you will provide assistance and information to guests while ensuring they receive the highest standard of service in their native language.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, tours, and other hospitality services via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
• Deliver exceptional service by providing accurate information about destinations, services, and promotions.
• Assist customers with reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Resolve any issues or complaints efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance the quality of service provided to guests.
• Keep abreast of hospitality trends and service updates to better assist customers.

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or tourism sector, is preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer excellence.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
