This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about customer service and eager to help clients understand their insurance needs. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, ensuring they receive clear guidance and assistance with their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance products, policies, and claims via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
• Provide information on coverage options, policy terms, and claim processes.
• Assist customers with policy renewals, changes, and cancellations.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer management system.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers.

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the insurance industry, is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and customer satisfaction.
• Good problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with customer service software and basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
