Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding renewable energy products and services via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
• Educate clients on energy solutions, pricing structures, and sustainability practices.
• Assist customers with account management, service activation, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve issues effectively and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to assist clients effectively.

• Fluency in Croatian (oral and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the renewable energy sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to a customer-centered approach.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
