Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding social media platform functionalities, account management, and content guidelines via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
• Assist users with account setup, troubleshooting, and resolving access issues.
• Provide clear and accurate information about platform features, updates, and community standards.
• Effectively address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive experience.
• Document all customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to enhance user experience and service delivery.
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform policies to provide relevant assistance to users.

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, particularly within the social media or tech industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with users.
• Problem-solving capabilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling numerous inquiries simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
