We are looking for a Crop Protection Sales Representative to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Northwest Missouri.

As a Crop Protection Sales Representative in NW Missouri, you will be selling and representing BASF with our agricultural crop protection products. 

As a Crop Protection Sales Rep - Northwest MO (Field), you create chemistry by...

• Implementing marketing programs with key retailers and launch new products into this geography.


• Your market knowledge within the diverse markets we operate in, which will be a valued asset as you creating demand for innovative products with key retailers.


• Being successfully engaged outside the organization, providing superior customer service while developing strong relationships with retailers.


• Driving strategic decisions for the business, developing, and executing strong business plans for results.

If you...

• Bring your Bachelor’s Degree.


• Have more than 5 years’ experience in a sales capacity in the Agricultural field (crop protection is preferred). 


• Live in NW Missouri area or be willing to relocate to this area.

Pay transparency

BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $91,360 - $125,620. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
