Cross Country Coach

San Marcos Academy, a private Christian school in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Cross Country Coach for our high school and middle school program.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who desires to coach in a Christ-centered environment that fosters both professional and spiritual growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to mentorship, discipline, and developing student-athletes both on and off the field.

Position Details:

• Part-Time / Stipend Position
• Coaching responsibilities include: 
• Lead all aspects of the cross country program, including planning, practices, team development, and CC Meet coaching
• Must be willing and able to drive (transport team) to away meets

Model and mentor student-athletes in Christian character and sportsmanship
 

• A committed Christian who is passionate about shaping young men and women through athletics
• Experience in track or cross country preferred
• A positive role model who values teamwork, leadership, and personal growth
• Able to communicate effectively with athletes, families, and school staff
