Job Description - Cruise Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic Cruise Coordinator to join our team. The Cruise Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking cruise vacations that meet their preferences and needs. Train as a certified Travel Professional and specialize in the cruising industry.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for travel, and a deep understanding of cruise itineraries, ships, and amenities.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and special requirements for their cruise vacation.
Provide expert advice on various cruise options, including destinations, cruise lines, ships, cabin categories, and onboard amenities.
Create customized cruise itineraries based on client preferences, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
Assist clients with booking their chosen cruise packages, including securing cabins, arranging transportation to ports, and coordinating additional services such as excursions and dining reservations.
Stay updated on the latest cruise promotions, discounts, and special offers to provide clients with cost-effective options.
Guide clients through the necessary documentation requirements for their cruise vacation, including passports, visas, and travel insurance.
Follow up with clients' post-cruise to gather feedback, address any issues, and nurture long-term relationships for repeat business.
Stay informed about industry trends, new cruise ships, destinations, and emerging travel experiences to enhance expertise and provide valuable insights to clients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

REQUIREMENTS:

No experience necessary
Computer or smart phone required
Must be 18+ and coachable
Must be eligible to work in the US.
Work with minimal supervision
