Cruise Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Cruise Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with planning and booking their cruise vacations, ensuring they receive personalized service and an unforgettable experience.  You will train as a travel professional and become specialize in multiple areas within the travel industry where you can develop in-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations. You will work with top cruise lines to create tailored itineraries and provide expert advice on destinations, onboard experiences, and shore excursions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design customized cruise itineraries, including cruise bookings, shore excursions, flights, and hotel accommodations.
• Provide clients with detailed information on cruise ships, itineraries, and available amenities.
• Ensure all travel arrangements are confirmed and coordinated, including pre- and post-cruise accommodations, transfers, and flights.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns clients may have before, during, or after their cruise vacation.
• Stay up to date with cruise industry trends, new ships, destinations, and special offers.
