Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Cruise Coordinator to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for organizing and managing all aspects of cruise travel for our clients, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience from booking to disembarkation. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their cruise preferences, including destinations, budgets, and travel dates.
• Cruise Planning: Research and recommend cruise options tailored to the client’s needs and preferences.
• Booking and Reservations: Coordinate all cruise reservations, including cabins, excursions, and any special requests.
• Travel Documentation: Verify clients have all necessary travel documents, including itineraries, tickets, and boarding passes.
• Customer Support: Act as the main point of contact for clients, offering support before, during, and after their cruise.
• Vendor Coordination: Work closely with cruise lines, tour operators, and other travel vendors to ensure a seamless travel experience.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during the client's cruise.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with cruise trends, destinations, and promotions to provide clients with the best options.
• Follow-Up: Conduct post-cruise follow-ups to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience in travel coordination, preferably with a focus on cruises, but not necessary..
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Knowledge  in using travel booking systems and online research tools is preferred, but not required.
• Passion for travel and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
