Job Description - Cruise Specialist

A Cruise Specialist is responsible for booking flights, transfers and boat accommodations. They may also be responsible for maintaining relationships with external agencies to obtain better deals. Get trained as a travel professional where you will receive in-depth knowledge and specialize in planning cruises.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Suggesting itineraries based on available travel routes and cost, availability and convenience of transport.
Making and confirming travel and accommodation reservations and informing clients of bus, plane, ship and train connections.
Notifying clients of travel dates, baggage limits, and medical and visa requirements.
Providing information on tourist attractions and tour availability,
Collecting payments and issuing clients' itineraries, relevant documentation, tickets for travel and vouchers for accommodations.

Requirements:

No experience necessary
Computer or smart phone required
Must be 18+ and coachable
Work with minimal supervision
