What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of leadership/management experience (fitness industry preferred)
  
  
  


• Bachelor’s degree preferred
  
  
  


• CPR/AED certification (required)
  
  
  


• Proven track record in team leadership, customer service, and operations
  
  
  


• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
  
  


• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team to hit goals

• Lead weekly meetings, coach staff, and develop high-performing department heads
  
  
  


• Represent and uphold the Crunch brand with energy and integrity
  
  
  

• Drive membership and personal training sales through strategic promotions and team motivation
  
  
  


• Maintain clear and consistent tracking of leads, conversions, and team performance
  
  
  


• Build relationships in the community to grow brand presence and partnerships
  
  
  

• Oversee daily operations with a sharp eye on cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security
  
  
  


• Partner with maintenance and support teams to ensure everything runs like clockwork
  
  
  


• Resolve member concerns promptly and professionally
  
  
  

• Understand and manage the club budget, hitting revenue targets and controlling expenses
  
  
  


• Track KPIs and report on progress toward sales, personal training, and profitability goals
