Role Overview

As our Crypto Asset Manager, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio of cryptocurrencies and tokenized assets. You'll design strategic investment tactics, execute transactions, manage risk, and ensure compliance across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Strategy & Execution: Define and execute investment strategieslong-term holds, trading, DeFi allocationsbased on research and market insights

Market Research & Analysis: Continuously monitor crypto trends, emerging protocols, tokenomics, and regulatory shifts .

Transaction & Custody Management: Execute trading across exchanges and DeFi platforms; oversee secure custody using hardware or multi-signature wallets

Risk & Compliance: Build and enforce risk protocolsposition sizing, stress testing, MiCA, KYC/AML, KYT, and local crypto regulations

Stakeholder Reporting: Deliver regular performance, liquidity, and risk reports to leadership or clients.

Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with exchanges, prime brokers, custodians, and DeFi protocols

Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Coordinate with compliance, engineering, and finance teams. Mentor junior analysts, lead strategy workshops

Required Qualifications

1+ years managing crypto portfolios, trading, or conducting analysispublic or institutional.

Deep understanding of blockchain tech, tokenomics, smart contracts, DeFi dynamics.

Proficiency with trading platforms, portfolio management tools, and onchain analytics.

Strong skills in technical & fundamental analysis, risk metrics, liquidity and volatility management.

Familiarity with crypto custody solutions (hardware/multisig, cold storage), exchange integration

Clear communication with ability to translate complex crypto strategies into accessible insights.

Preferred Skills

PMP or similar certification in risk/operations governance.

Handson experience with blockchain automation (Python, Solidity scripting).

Active within crypto developer communities, protocols, or DAOs.

Passion for emerging asset types: NFTs, tokenized securities, programmable money.
