CS Training Specialist

We will look at all seller experiences in Coupang and help you improve on the need for improvement through Insight 

Position: Training Specialist

What will you do?  
    Develop and manage training materials for all consultation skills in Seller Support
    Organize training operations for new business initiatives in Seller Support 
    Training for new Seller Support Consultant / OSP agents 
    Onboarding and training operations for new hires in Seller Support   

Essential Qualifications: 
    Bachelor's degree holder 
    More than 3 years of experience working in the training/ e-commerce industry. 
    Excellent MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint skills 
    Prior involvement in projects aimed at improving customer experience or operational processes. 
    Fluent communication skills with related departments, both verbally and in writing 
    Flexible handling of new and diverse tasks
