CSCT Therapist- Kessler Elementary School

Shodair is looking to hire a CSCT Therapist to join our team at Kessler Elementary School! The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Has treatment planning and assessment experience

The CSCT Therapist is responsible for facilitating individual, family and group therapy including identification of family functioning and patterns contributing to a student's behavior. They also serve as an integral part of the treatment team and provides therapeutic learning during summer programming.

Starting salary is $63,398.40 (unlicensed) and $69,264.00 (licensed).

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

· Graduation from an accredited Master’s degree program in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology or a closely related field.

· 2 years of experience working with children who are emotionally disturbed is preferred.

· Evidence of training and/or experience in individual, group, and family therapy.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE

· Current candidates license in the state of Montana (PCLC, SWLC, etc.)

· Eligible for licensure as LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the State of Montana and actively working towards Montana licensure per the board of Behavioral Health requirements.
