Job Description - CSR Call Center

CSR, Call Center
Pay Rate: $19/hr, paid weekly
Hours: 8AM - 5PM EST, Mon - Fri, No Weekends
Location: Tempe, AZ 85282 Onsite training (90ish days), then will be able to work remote.

Summary As a member of the Customer service team, you will assist with customer questions, inquiries, and issues related to accounts payable inquiries.
You will take phone calls and answers chats/emails regarding accounts payables and bills.
Successful candidates will be customer oriented with a commitment to quality and personal ethics with the ability to adapt to continuous policy and procedure changes.
Works independently or as part of a group or team in a diverse work environment.

Requirements At least 6 months of call center experience.
Must be a US citizen
Strong computer and phone skills.
Ability to use web-based computer applications.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills.
Able to manage telephone and chat customer interactions and convey confidence while resolving the customer's issues.
Professional, friendly demeanor with a customer-oriented attitude. Good communication and listening skills.
Able to accept constructive criticism.
Able to understand and accurately communicate customer's needs, while demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Must be able to type 30 wpm.
