CSR/Collections Specialist - Rapid Progression

Our client a Woburn, MA based business to business collections company is looking to hire a handful of CSR/Collections Specialists on a temporary to hire basis as soon as possible. The client focuses on maintaining business relationships with companies in the insurance, tech, construction, sporting goods and biotech verticals. This would be a Mon-Fri 8am-5pm in office position and would come with a competitive payrate, bonus potential and a full benefits package including health and dental insurance, paid PTO and a 401K program as well as profit sharing component. The client is looking for reliable candidates who can hit the ground running after some initial training.

Qualifications Needed:

• Reliable with strong work ethic
• Determined to meet firm and individual goals, while adhering to ethical consumer interaction processes
• Attention to detail and organized
• Ability to multi-task, as well as the ability to work in a high volume call/email environment
• Ability to work in a team environment, and act as a team player. However, be driven personally to meet individual call and collection goals - as well as compliance performance metrics/expectations
• Previous collection or customer service background a plus required
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Responsibilities Include:

• Contact individual businesses that owe the client company an outstanding balance
• Negotiate payment plans and terms with the company in debt
• Maintain accurate and updated account records
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions
• Utilize accounting software for account management
• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls as well as emailing unpaid invoices to debtors
