Job Description - CSR/Customer Service Representative
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who takes pride in their work, wants to grow with the company on all levels and can work in a fast paced office setting. Job Duties:
Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls regarding service questions Resolving Billing issues Scheduling Sales Resolving general customer concerns Communicating with technicians to ensure customer satisfaction No cold calling required!! 2. Schedule
Mon-Thurs 8:30am-5:50pm Fri 8am-5pm Must be available 1 to 2 Saturdays per month from 9am to 1pm Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this role, you must be able to multi-task, be flexible in fast paced environments, be passionate about helping people, be a problem solver and thrive in a team environment Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience Must be willing and able to commute to our office in Belton Benefits:
