CSR/Desk Associate

We are looking for a positive individual to provide service to our guests in the exciting field of general aviation. A successful desk associate at Wisconsin Aviation welcomes and directs visitors/customers with a smile! You communicate in person and utilize telephone and uni-com systems. Customers have a question, you have an answer! We are a family-owned company looking for someone who is a team player. As the first point of contact for clientele arriving at our FBO, you are responsible to provide professional, friendly services. 

We are currently looking to fill a part-time/full-time position for 3-4 days a week. Shift hours:  

• Sunday 8 am - 5/6pm (weather dependent)


• Monday 11 am - 7/8pm (weather dependent)


• Tuesday 11 am - 7/8pm (weather dependent)


• Wednesday (flexible)

  Minimum Job Requirements:

• Welcoming with good communication skills


• Working experience in guest services preferred


• Working knowledge of payment collections and customer accounts preferred


• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent


• Must have a valid driver's license / clean driving record

 Position Requirements

Dependability

• Ability to multitask along with accuracy is a must


• Occasionally lifts, carries or otherwise moves and positions objects weighing up to 25 pounds.  Bends, stoops and crouches occasionally.
