Csr/Sales Team Support

Peoria Plaza Tire a local business since 1968 is looking for a Customer Service Representative/Sales Team Support. This position entails an individual with excellent communication and multi-tasking skills for a fast-paced environment.

Day to day tasks will include:

-Answering phones

-Greeting customers

-Working with suppliers and ordering parts

-Organizing of delivery and pick-ups of customers vehicles

-Submitting road hazard and adjustment claims

*Must have a clean MVR

**Must be available to work 50+ hours per week and half days on Saturday, with one scheduled day off during the week

***Must have 2 years experience in customer service
