CSSP Account Management Officer

We are hiring for positions on an upcoming effort at Adelphi, MD in support of the U.S. Army Defensive Cyber Solutions Branch of the Army Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR). This position will be responsible for creating and configuring user accounts for all Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) subscribers and personnel across dedicated systems, ensuring proper access and functionality from the outset.  This position is located at Adelphi, MD.

What will you be doing?

This position will be a key member of the Defensive Cyber Security team.  Duties include:

• Conducting regular account management activities, including monitoring account activity, identifying inactive accounts, and promptly terminating accounts for users who have departed the organization. 


• Providing technical support by troubleshooting and resolving access issues for users, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Implement and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) policies for accounts and systems, tailoring access permissions based on the specific system and user roles to maintain security and compliance.

What skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful?

This position will require the following skillsets and experience:

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree (related field preferred)


• Requires a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience


• Requires a Top Secret clearance


• Must be US Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance
