CT - 4903 MRB Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to ensure adherence to company policies.


• Prioritize for the staff, processing of MRB’s based on dispositions provided.


• Ability to communicate with different levels of the organization to review and close MRB’s.


• Ensure procedures and processes are consistently and accurately followed.


• Identify training needs for personnel and coordinate training with the Training Manager.


• Consistently review processes for potential improvements for throughput and quality gains.


• Collect and transact non-conforming material.


• Enter required department data daily to support department metrics.


• Report to the Quality Manager any equipment and/or resource needs that are required to perform the MRB function.


• Create packing slips for MRB’s and initiate shipping process.

Qualifications

• Lead by example and promote the criticality of leadership here at Columbia Tech.


• Must have previous supervisor experience.


• Positive attitude, self-motivator, and tenacious follow up required.


• High School Diploma (Associates degree, nice to have) and 5+ years’ experience working in a quality role (Non-conforming product, MRB, RTV, Use-As-Is, Scrap).


• Must have the ability to use different computer software to process transactions; i.e. Microsoft, Omnify, and Epicor.


• Meticulous record keeping and tremendous attention to detail is a must.


• Collaborate with Supply Chain, PM’s, QE’s and Operations on executing the Material Review Board (MRB) process.


• Good verbal and written communication skill.

Salary Range $24-$32 per hour (Salary commensurate with experience)
