CT Technologist

Heartline Staffing, Strategic Talent Partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a CT Technologist for a permanent opportunity in Palatka, Florida.

The CT Technologist delivers high-quality, patient-centered diagnostic imaging services while demonstrating compassion, professionalism, and technical excellence. This role supports physicians and radiologists by performing CT examinations safely, accurately, and in accordance with established protocols, ensuring patient comfort and optimal image quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver excellent customer service and patient care.

• Verify physician orders prior to completing CT examinations.

• Perform CT examinations according to physician and radiologist orders.

• Perform invasive procedures following established protocols and radiologist instructions.

• Complete CT tube warm-ups as required.

• Ensure all “call result” exams are promptly sent to the radiologist upon completion.

• Maintain adequate supply levels at the beginning and end of each shift.

• Perform venipuncture according to established protocol.

• Document accurate patient and exam information.

• Monitor patient comfort and address concerns throughout the exam.

• Perform required computer functions accurately.

• Report equipment malfunctions immediately.

COMPENSATION

Hourly Pay Range (Based on Experience)

• $27.42/hour (minimum)

• $33.59/hour (approximately 10 years of experience)

• $36.95/hour (maximum)

Sign-On Bonus

• $20,000 sign-on bonus

• Active, unrestricted CT Technologist license for the position you are applying for.

• Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist license required.

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program required.

• One (1) year of CT experience preferred (acute care experience not required).

• Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R) and (CT) registry preferred.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of employment start date.

• Strong patient care, communication, and technical skills.
