CTMS Specialist

We have an opening for a Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle Department!

This is a Remote position.

The CTMS Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the CTMS system for their assigned site(s), including standardization, creation of templates, troubleshooting problems, implementation, and training.

Schedule:  Monday-Friday, Normal Business Hours 
Compensation:  $60k - $70k depending on experience + 10% annual bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create templates within the CTMS software to include visit tracking, budgets, start-ups and
  billable items.
• Update templates with the CTMS software when protocol/budget amendments occur.
• Assist in site template/AR clean up as necessary.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement of the CTMS software by sharing feedback on
  processes and participating in process improvement initiatives as requested.
• Verify CTMS software results by conducting system audits of technologies/updates implemented.
• Provide training as needed to site clinical and financial staff.
• Represent Flourish Research in a professional and courteous manner (verbal, written and in
  appearance) when interacting with all staff, clients, and vendors.
• Additional duties as assigned by the CTMS Lead.
