CTO Performa

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the technical strategy for Performa as a neo-bank.
  
  

• Design and scale the processing platform.
  
  

• Architect and implement integrations with banks, PSPs, crypto processors, and KYC/AML providers.
  
  

• Build a high-load, secure, and resilient infrastructure.
  
  

• Implement DevOps practices, CI/CD, monitoring, and analytics systems.
  
  

• Manage development, DevOps, and QA teams; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  
  

• Form the technical budget, plan and control technology-related expenses.
  
  

• Collaborate with product and compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  
  

• Develop internal standards for code review, documentation, and engineering practices, and build a strong engineering culture focused on quality, autonomy, and transparency.
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience as a

• Proven experience building payment and processing systems from scratch.
  
  

• Deep understanding of the architecture of crypto-fiat solutions, payment routing, API integrations, and reconciliation.
  
  

• Hands-on experience integrating with banks, crypto gateways, and AML/KYC providers.
  
  

• Knowledge of security principles (PCI DSS, ISO 27001), data protection, and anti-fraud mechanisms.
  
  

• Experience managing a distributed engineering team.
  
  

• Ability to think strategically and make product decisions with a focus on user experience.
