What You’ll Do:

• Greeting and seating residents in the dining room.
• Taking meal and beverage orders and serving food in a timely, friendly manner.
• Assisting residents with special dietary needs or requests.
• Ensuring tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean, safe, and presentable.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and efficient meal delivery.
• Following food safety, sanitation, and community policies.
• Helping with setup and cleanup for meals and special dining events.
• Washing, sanitizing, and properly storing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment according to food safety standards.
• Operating and maintaining dishwashing equipment, ensuring it is used safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Need:

• Must be 16 years or older
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn (no prior experience required)
• Friendly, customer service–focused approach with residents and team members
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Dependability and good attendance
• Compassionate nature and commitment to senior care
