Culinary Cook Chef de Partie

Travel Our of State. $20 per hour plus OT. We pay all travel.

We Pay for Travel and one to two meals per day. You will travel in 8 week rotations. 

Culinary Cook Chef de Partie Job Duries.

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Help with catering events and special functions as needed
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and equipment
- Setting up, stocking, and breaking down of assigned stations

• Use knowledge of common allergies & dietary restrictions to ensure food safety for guests when noted on tickets- Avoid food waste by observing food storage time and temperature standards- Complete assigned daily/ weekly / monthly cleaning tasks

• 2 years experience as Line Cook

• Upscale Dining Experience

• Ability to travel out of state with our culinary team
