Culinary Director

Stoney Point Meadows, a 95-unit senior living community, is hiring an experienced Culinary Director to lead our culinary team. In this role, you will direct the overall operations of the Food & Nutrition Services department to ensure quality food and nutritional services are provided to our residents. You will also ensure our residents receive a first-class dining experience through supervising and staffing exceptional dietary aides.

This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position. 
 $60,000- $66,000

Culinary Director responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative menus aligned with seasonal trends and customer preferences
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team
• Establish and enforce food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
• Manage food cost, labor budgets, and vendor relationships
• Collaborate with marketing, procurement, and operations to align culinary initiatives with business goals
• Conduct regular audits and provide feedback to improve kitchen performance and efficiency
• Stay current with culinary trends and incorporate best practices into daily operations

Culinary Director skills and requirements:

• 2+ years of leadership/ supervisory experience required.
• Culinary Degree, Associate Degree preferred
• Certified in ServSafe or equivalent food safety program
