Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a talented team to deliver exceptional food and service.
• Manage daily operations while ensuring a fun and loving atmosphere.
• Oversee food safety and quality standards to maintain our delicious offerings.
• Managing and leverage reports to maintain food cost and food safety goal.
• Punctual, professional,& prepared for the day
• Properly communicate to ensure Team members, coaches,& coordinators are adhering to systems and behaviors to provide an excellent & consistent guest experience
• Fully aware of business numbers & trends to make effective decisions for shift
• Partners with Directors to communicate the vision, goal, & accountability measures for the dept./rest.
• Consistently engages with the team, operations, & guests.

Ideal Candidate:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts with weekend availability.
• Passionate about food and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
• Bi-lingual
• Coachable
