The Corner Café is a busy breakfast & lunch restaurant open 6 days a week looking for people to join our team. We are currently looking for Line Cooks. We serve high quality well plated meals. We have been featured on The Phantom Gourmet and take pride in the creative and unique dishes that we serve. Looking for clean, responsible kitchen help with cooking / kitchen experience. We provide creative quality breakfast & lunch dishes. Looking for someone comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment while maintaining composure and focus in order to put out consistently amazing plates. Responsibilities:

• Ensure your station is setup, prepped and ready to operate for the day.


• Learn the menu items and ensure all food is prepared to our specifications and consistency.


• Prepare and plate meals with attention to details.


• Follow food safety procedures and ensure that your station is continuously wiped down and clean.


• Prepare large batch preparation of food for coming days.


• Pay attention to inventory levels of prepared food and shelf stock and make prep and stock lists.


• Integrate and communicate with both front of the house and back of the house staff.
