Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items, following recipes and established guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Support the culinary team in daily operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Help with inventory management and restocking ingredients and supplies as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their food selections when needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.

• Strong enthusiasm for food and cooking.
