Cullman/Decatur Area - Property Maintenance Tech - Full-Time

The Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep of various buildings and properties throughout the Cullman-Decatur area.  Duties include, but are not limited to: landscaping, carpentry, painting, minor electrical & plumbing, installing or repairing equipment/machinery, maintaining HVAC systems, and other general tasks related to keeping facilities and grounds in good shape.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years experience related to the above mentioned duties, an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record, and can operate various types of vehicles/equipment. He or she must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment and must have an excellent work ethic, a positive attitude, great communication skills, and the ability to in extreme outdoor conditions.
