Cultivation Technician 1 – Mom, Propagation, Vegetation
Cultivation Department | Full-Time | 1st Shift

Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Starting Pay: $19/hour

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll help keep our cultivation operation clean, organized, and running efficiently. Daily tasks may include:

• Cleaning and resetting grow rooms


• Setting up pots and materials for transplanting


• Transplanting and tagging plants


• Cloning plants and maintaining clone trays


• Assisting with irrigation and nutrient mixing


• Monitoring plant health and reporting concerns


• Applying biological controls and pesticides safely


• Processing plant waste


• Maintaining clean and sanitized work areas


• Reporting faulty equipment or maintenance issues

Teamwork and attention to detail are important parts of this role.

What We're Looking For

You do not need prior cannabis experience to apply. We're looking for dependable individuals who are willing to learn and work hard in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal Candidates Are:

• Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures


• Comfortable working in hot and humid environments


• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs


• Comfortable with heights and using ladders safely


• Reliable, adaptable, and team-focused


• Strong communicators with a positive attitude
