The interview process will start with the cultivation manager. If the fit is there, you will sit for a final interview with the head of operations and the owner. After that, it's off to the races.

The pay for this position is $20 hourly. If you are some absurd killer who does the work of three people and believes you deserve more, then tell us why, and we can discuss it.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to changing processes and environments.
• Skilled in analyzing potential problems with a plant or the product being processed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must have accountability, proactive behavior, and strong attention to detail.
• Able to participate in company social events professionally and responsibly.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
• Candidate must be at least 21 years of age.

• Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of the criminal background check conducted by the Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S. §36-2804.01 and A.R.S. §36-2801.10
• Valid Arizona State Issued ID
