Cultural Events Manager - Zero Bond at Wynn Las Vegas

Zero Bond at Wynn Las Vegas is redefining the membership club experience and is looking for a dynamic and creative Cultural Events Manager. This role reports to the Vice President & Head of Membership of Zero Bond at Wynn Las Vegas and works closely with the internal departments, external partners and Bond Hospitality to ensure streamlined execution of the event programming of Zero Bond. The ideal candidate is well-organized and a creative thinker who can transform innovative ideas into actionable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and curate a compelling calendar of events and experiences that reflect the culture, brand and the members interest in Zero Bond
• Lead the creative ideation and development of signature, large-scale and seasonal pinnacle events that set the club apart
• Oversee the creation and execution of both pre-opening and post-opening event strategies to position Zero Bond as the premier social experience in Las Vegas
• Conceptualize unique themes, activations and partnerships that drive excitement, relevance and value for members
• Continuously innovate the member experience by curating a mix of cultural, entertainment, culinary and social events that cater to a discerning membership base
• Partner closely with Membership, Operations and Culinary teams to create cohesive experiences
• Engage with members to gather feedback and identify opportunities to enhance programming
• Cultivate relationships with external collaborators, artists, talent, brands and vendor’s
• Assist in Identifying and managing strategic partnerships with luxury brands, personalities and partners
• Oversee the event execution from ideation through post-event analysis ensuring seamless planning, delivery and member satisfaction
• Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and members preferences to promote innovation
• Maintain an up-to-date awareness of pop culture and the evolving tastes of potential and current members
• Develop and maintain event budgets that align with Zero Bond’s goals
• Provide regular reports on event performance and prepare executive-level presentations
• Prepare event presentations to prospective partners, brands and collaborators
• Oversee event execution on-site for all Zero Bond events
• Coordinate with external vendors and various departments to ensure that all deliverables are creatively and thoughtfully executed
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the department leader

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in hospitality or membership club events and/or marketing
• Proven experience in event programming, creative direction or hospitality management
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage a high-volume event calendar.
• Exceptional creative vision with the ability to bring ideas from concept to execution
• Strong project management and organizational skills with experience leading events of multiple sizes
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Deep understanding of the membership club, hospitality, and luxury markets.
• The ability to manage budgets effectively and allocate funds to campaigns that provide the highest return on investment.
• Ability to create, manage, and execute event promotions that generate excitement and attract members.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the executive team and internal & external stakeholders
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays based on event programming needs.
