Your Role:

• Lead by Example: Be a positive role model and coach your team to provide exceptional guest service and quality food.
• Run the Show: Oversee daily shifts to ensure operations are running smoothly and our guests are happy.
• Maintain Standards: Follow all operational, food safety, and cleanliness procedures.
• Support Team Growth: Provide feedback and encouragement to help your team members develop and thrive.

What You Bring:

• Leadership Passion: You’re excited to guide a team and motivate them to succeed.
• Communication & Organization: You’re a clear communicator who can keep things running efficiently.
• A Positive Attitude: A smiling personality and willingness to help others makes you stand out.
• Experience: 1–2 years in a restaurant or fast-paced environment is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.
