JOB DESCRIPTION:
Currency Admin Client Service Associate
Boston, MA
Duration: 6 Months
In office Tues/Weds/ Thurs. M/F remote.- Fund accounting experience would be a big plus.
- Excel skills would be helpful. If they have advanced Excel skills even better, but not required. We will do most of the training in person on the job.
- The FX Currency Administration Client Service Representative is responsible for daily production and client support for Currency Administration mandates. This individual will be required to have a thorough understanding of team procedures and ensure daily client deliverables are met.
- Perform all daily tasks required for a subset of Currency Administration client relationships, working with management to ensure client inquiries are responded to and ensuring all client deliverables are met daily.
- Ensuring appropriate hand off to regional offices to ensure all client deliverables are met daily
- Demonstrate product knowledge through adherence to established procedures
Education Level :- BA or Equivalent
- Relevant Professional Experience
Technical Capabilities :- (include linguistic competencies)
- Ability to follow established procedures.
- Microsoft Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- English mandatory. Other languages a benefit.
