Currently have Zoho and need help structuring workflow.

I am a one person business. I am a firearms instructor and spend most of my time on the range.  I need to be able to automate emails to for follow up, appointment reminders, and general things that will keep me out of the office.  I have had Zoho for a while now and haven't even figured out how to integrate it with my current email.   Nor do I understand how to add new clients vs vendors.  I need someone who can listen to my needs, set up the CRM to fit what will work and then teach me to use it.  All on a limited budget.  If this is interesting to you.
