Curriculum Coordinator Job Description

As a Curriculum Coordinator, you will be responsible for evaluating the proprietary curriculum within The Learning Experience. Your role will involve collaborating with educators and administrators to ensure the delivery of a high-quality, proprietary curriculum that meets academic standards and aligns with the educational goals of the institution. The Curriculum Coordinator will play a key role in fostering an environment that supports effective teaching and enhances student learning outcomes.

Curriculum Implementation

Oversee the implementation of the curriculum across all age groups and developmental stages.

Provide guidance and support to teacher staff to ensure effective delivery of the L.E.A.P.®️ curriculum.

Professional Implementation

Organize and facilitate professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their understanding of the L.E.A.P.®️ curriculum.

Stay abreast of education trends, research, and best practices.

Collaboration

Collaborate with teachers, other administrators, and corporate curriculum team to ensure consistency and alignment of the curriculum.

Foster a culture of collaboration and sharing best practices amount teachers and other curriculum coordinators.

Resource Management

Manage and allocate resources/supplies to support the curriculum.

Parent and Community Engagement

Communicate with parents and the community regarding curriculum goals, changes, and updates.

Organize informational sessions or workshops to involve parents in the children’s education.

Data Analysis and Reporting

Collect, analyze, and report data on student performance and curriculum effectiveness using CORAdvantage platform.

Policy Adherence

Ensure that the curriculum complies with local, state, and federal educational policies and standards.

Stay informed about changes in educational policies and update the curriculum accordingly.

Team Collaboration

Spending time in the classroom supporting teachers.

Working ratio when the center needs help due to call out and short staffed.

Curriculum Coordinators contribute to the enhancement of the educational programs, fostering an environment that empowers both the teachers and the students to excel.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
