Job Description - Curriculum Office Manager

Requirements.

Management experience of a year or more required

At least one year Primrose experience in the Venture program

More than one year Teaching expereince within a Texas Childcare Facility

Flexibility in work schedule working all shifts at times but regular hours of 930a-6p

Bachelors degreed requested but experience is best.

Make a difference every day.

Participate in supporting teachers and curriculum in the Venture program

Coordinate with other members of the Leadership Team to implement the training plan for new teaching staff.

Conduct classroom observations to regularly support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum.

Create a culture of engagement by empowering teachers to find solutions for themselves.
