Cushion Finisher

Leader’s Holding Co™ dba Leaders Furniture is a 55-year-old Florida family-owned home accessory & outdoor furniture manufacturer, distributor, and retailer with 20 locations across Florida. We are looking for a Cushion Finisher to join our team. We compete to win as a team every day. To be successful in this role you must be proactive in meeting our production schedule and customers’ expectations of quality.

Our operation is automated so individuals must be able to use a computer, have basic typing skills, and read English.  Bilingual in Spanish is a plus and must be able to lift 50lbs.

General duties are:

• 
  Fill all casings with foam via the stuffing machine, blow foam machine or by hand.


• 
  Adjust all casings to properly fit the foam as designed.


• 
  Close all casings via the zipper pull or closing machine.


• 
  Make quality buttons via the button machine.


• 
  Install quality buttons using the butting tufting tool.


• 
  Inspect all finished cushions for quality.


• 
  Package all cushions.


• 
  Label all cushions.


• 
  Scan all items finished with the computer to receive.


• 
  Place finished items on mezzanine for receiving.


• 
  Assigned personnel are to receive and store foam on mezzanine.


• 
  Cleanup of finishing area, mezzanine, and stairs

• $15.06 per hour with an additional hourly pay incentive based on team production metrics.
