Job Description - Custodial and Facilities Maintenance Support

AKHIRE is recruiting for the following position:

Position Title: Custodial and Facilities Maintenance Support (Anchorage, AK)

Location: Anchorage, Alaska

Pay: $18-$25 Hr-DOE

Full-Time

Essential Functions: Facilities Operations Support

Maintains cleanliness and order in Commercial buildings and common areas
Provides friendly tenant support and handles light maintenance tasks
Cleans guest facilities, fitness spaces, and high-touch surfaces; restocks supplies
Operates floor equipment; sweeps/mops
Removes trash, litter, and debris indoors and outdoors
Reports minor repairs and restocking needs to management
Assists with snow/ice removal and ensures safe walkways
Follows safety protocols and completes tasks as assigned

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Drivers License
Ability to be insured by company insurance
Ability to pass a background and drug screening
