Custodial Attendant - 2nd Shift

Job Summary:

Building the company brand of Anterior & Complex Case Specialist is always the primary consideration. A primary focus of this role is ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance of equipment and organization of the facility to maintain a safe and professional environment. 

Essential Job Functions: 

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. 
• Gather and empty trash and recycling.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms. 
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. 
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. 
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment. 
• Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications. 
• Assist with equipment maintenance.
• Preventative maintenance.
• Clean laboratory equipment, such as glassware and metal instruments, using solvents, brushes, rags, and power cleaning equipment. 
• Changing filters & replacing light bulbs
• Notify manager concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. 
• Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, and scaffolding to prepare facilities for events such as banquets and meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Effective oral and written communication skills. 
• Creativity, Motivation and Drive.
• Must maintain professional decorum at all times. 
• Multi-task oriented
• High school diploma or GED
• Familiarity with SDS 

Physical Requirements

• Frequent bending, stopping, kneeling, squatting, crouching, twisting, reaching, pushing and pulling. 
• Ability to safely ascend and descend ladders, stand and walk for extended periods of time. 
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
