We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced Custodial Lead to join our team. As the Custodial Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits and a great work environment. 

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of custodians to ensure all cleaning duties are performed efficiently and effectively

- Create and maintain cleaning schedules and assign tasks to team members

- Train new custodians on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols

- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are clean, organized, and safe for use

- Respond to cleaning emergencies and resolve issues as they arise

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience in custodial or janitorial services

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
