Custodial Supervisor

Description

The Custodial Supervisor will be responsible for leading teams of custodial crews. This includes training, providing guidance, and motivating leads. This position will work closely with the other supervisors and the Project Manager to ensure the contract runs smoothly while providing excellent quality and service. 

Essential Functions:

· Leads and directs the work of nonexempt employees.

· Responsible for coaching, training, and overall performance of leads and custodial staff.

· Responsible for performance reviews for the leads and the janitorial staff.

· Guides and assigns tasks to leads.

· Responsible for the quality of work performed.

· Resolves day-to-day issues.

· Performs quality checks.

· Track quality trends to address with training.

· Assists team with training needs.

Requirements

Conditions of Employment:

1. Fingerprints, background check, and drug screen.
2. Must be at least 18 years of age. 

Essential Skills and Experience:

1. Minimum of four years of experience in janitorial cleaning
2. Experience coaching and counseling employees
