Custodian

Since 1985, Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless has dedicated its mission exclusively to providing services to people experiencing homelessness. AHCH provides a distinctive continuum of integrated care through outreach and site-based services to address the health-related causes and consequences of homelessness. Our vision is to live in a world that is just and without homelessness. We believe that homelessness is an issue that can be solved through access to quality health care, adequate and affordable housing, and a living wage.

We are looking for a dependable and detail oriented custodial person to join our tight knit team. Our ideal candidate will be able to adapt easily and follow directions well. Prior experience in medical environments is a plus. We need a team player and someone who notices details. We need someone with great follow through skills and who has a passion for working with the underserved. If this sounds like you, please apply!

This is a Day shift, with availability to work nights as needed.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• General knowledge of janitorial supplies and equipment and minor maintenance


• Dependable


• At least 1 year janitorial/maintenance experience


• Valid NM driver's license and good driving record

• Previous work around vulnerable populations
