We are currently seeking a dedicated Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment across our facilities. If you're dependable and ready to take pride in your work, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive and skilled team.

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across three buildings, including restrooms, breakrooms, and office areas. This role also includes monitoring inventory levels of cleaning supplies and communicating restocking needs to the Buyer.

Requirements

 · Sweep, mop, and maintain all flooring surfaces.

· Vacuum rugs and carpeted areas.

· Clean and sanitize restrooms; restock supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.

· Clean and maintain breakroom areas by wiping down tables, sinks, microwaves, and water dispensers.

· Perform daily dusting of office furniture, work surfaces, and other flat areas.

· Empty trash bins in offices, restrooms, and breakrooms; replace liners as needed.

· Support other tasks and projects to ensure a clean, organized, and safe workplace environment.

Skills and Qualifications

· At least one year of janitorial or custodial experience required

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

· Familiarity with cleaning products, including safe and proper usage

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to walk and stand for extended periods

· Must have sufficient strength, balance, and stamina to complete physical tasks

· Must be able to lift, push, and carry 30–50 pounds

· Comfortable working in varying conditions, including extreme heat or cold
