The custodian maintains a clean working environment for all employees and visitors, ensuring all areas are safe.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Restroom sanitation and cleanliness
• Outside walkways clean and free from debris
• Sweep hallways and engineering area
• Regular trash disposal
• Cleanliness of office furniture, table tops, walkways, and ledges
• Disinfect all touched surfaces
• Tracking and request of maintenance supplies
• Shop floor cleanliness, including use of floor scrubber
• Removes recycling materials
• Cleans and polishes windows and glass
• Minor maintenance
• Demonstrates safe working habits
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

The job operates in a manufacturing and office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to manufacturing processes, moving mechanical parts and airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.
